Per vivere in forma, è fondamentale condurre una vita attiva, che preveda un allenamento fisico regolare. Perché il movimento è così importante per il nostro benessere? Come allenarsi?

Frequenza: 3-4 volte la settimana, in giorni non consecutivi.

Intensità: l’attività fisica dovrebbe provocare un leggero affanno, ma consentire di chiacchierare o canticchiare durante il suo svolgimento.
